Program Description:

The intent of this specially designed program is to provide extensive, quality, up-to-date information required for the management of toxicologic problems.

This program is intended for physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other health care providers who routinely care for poisoned patients.

Course Objectives:

At the conclusion of this activity participants should be able to

1.  Appropriately apply indications with respect to identifying a patient suffering from drug induced toxicities due to emerging toxins in 2023.
2.   Identify the areas of toxicity seen after unique cases and treatments that are successful.
3.   Identify and list adulterants found in illicit substances and describe a rational treatment plan for those patients.
