This form is for EMS providers to register for the conference or for members of a fire department with a Fire Station Pass to register for pre-conference classes or to buy tickets for the Awards Night Banquet.

This option is for Fire Departments to purchase a $500 Fire Station Pass for all the members of their department to attend classes at the main two days of the EMS Conference. Pre-Conference classes are not included in this pass, and Awards Night Banquet Tickets have to be purchased in addition.

This form is for conference speakers to register for the conference.

Registration for those wanting to purchase just a ticket to the Awards Night by itself.
