Meeting Type:  In-person event, with a virtual option for presenters only: Presentations will not be recorded.


Conference Registration

  • Full Conference Registration: $400 (3-days)

  • Emeriti Full Conf. Registration: $350 (3-days)
  • Emeriti Daily Conf. Registration: $125


  • Symposium Speaker registration is waived for the day of presentation. Code applied during registration- please reach out to Stephanie Trammell (stephanie.trammell) for Symposium Day Speaker code.
  • Volunteer registration is waived for the day of assistance (code applied during registration). Please reach out to Volunteer Coordinator, Juliana Nzongo (nzongoj@kerncounty.com) for a list of available opportunities. There are limited volunteer opportunities available.

Online payment via PayPal is due during registration. A 2.07% transaction fee is applied to all online payments. Payment of registration is also accepted by mail-in check. Mail-in payment should be received no later than September 7, 2026.

Early check-in fees may apply. The Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.


Travel Awards

The CAPHLD Program Committee is pleased to announce the availability of travel awards based on financial need to allow individuals representing their public health laboratory or affiliated organization to attend the meeting.

If you are representing your laboratory and cannot attend due to County travel or funding restrictions, applications for limited travel funds are available. Please apply by the following link: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/g/b6VLXe9t6k

Deadline for application is July 1, 2026.


*Travel awards are intended to defray actual registration, transportation, meal and lodging expenses. Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses following the guidelines per CAPHLD travel policy. Meals will not be reimbursed for CAPHLD sponsored meals.
