Since 2006, the Chemical Countermeasures Research Program (CCRP) aims to integrate cutting-edge research with the latest technological advances in science and medicine to reduce mortality and morbidity from chemical exposures, as well as increase preparedness during chemical emergencies. The 15th Annual CounterACT Network Research symposium, presented by the University of Alabama at Birmingham, will bring together chemists, toxicologists, drug developers, pharmacists, clinicians, and public health researchers. The conference will offer CounterACT grantee scientists the opportunity to present their latest research findings.
