The Big Ten Academic Alliance Department Executive Officer (DEO) Seminar is a highly interactive leadership development experience where attendees engage in large group discussions and self reflection, networking with peers from across disciplines and institutions, and participate in intensive small group exercises to foster skills to manage the diverse and complex responsibilities of executive officers while exploring their own leadership practices.

The program will conclude at the Big Ten Conference Center in Rosemont, IL on November 10-12, 2022. Participation in the program is by invitation only. Please register by September 16, 2022.

The program will begin with lunch at 11:00am CT, and the welcome remarks will begin at 11:30am. Please ensure your travel arrangements allow for you to fully participate in the welcome session.
