The AGIC Education & Training Symposium offers four days of educational training from experienced industry practitioners including hands-on training workshops, presentations, lightning talks, poster displays, and mobile applications. The AGIC Expo that takes place during the event features vendor exhibits with innovative GIS solutions and face-to-face interactions with experts from the GIS community. The unique focus on education and training with user-to-user communication promotes learning about real-life GIS experiences, geospatial standards, and many tips and tricks that will prove valuable for you and your organization.

Student Registration:

• 4-day conference (Tuesday - Friday) $175
• 3-day Conference (Tuesday-Thursday) $150

The following meals are included with conference registration:

• Tuesday, August 29: Continental Breakfast, Lunch Buffet, and light hors d'oeuvres served at the Map Gallery Opening
• Wednesday, August 30: Continental Breakfast and Plated Lunch
• Thursday, August 31: Breakfast Buffet, Plated Lunch, and Dinner Buffet
• Friday, September 1: Breakfast Buffet and Box Lunch

Cancellation Policy

If you have registered for the event and find you are no longer able to attend, refunds or credits will be issued as follows:

• 100% if canceled by August 11, 2023
• 80% if canceled by August 18, 2023
• 50% if canceled by August 25, 2023
• No refunds after August 28, 2023

Cancellations may be made online by logging into the account you created when registering. Scroll to the bottom of the confirmation page and click the cancel button to begin the process. If you paid online via credit card, a refund will be issued to the card used for your initial payment. If you did not yet pay and you cancel after August 11, 2023, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance after any cancellation credits are made.
