Join UTA in celebrating the ingenuity and creativity of our faculty, students, and staff. Be part of UTA’s Celebration of Research and Innovation and see what happens when ideas move from the laboratory to the business world.

This day-long event at College Park Center will feature the UTA research community in a series of panels and talks as well as through posters and exhibits.

This event also includes the New Inventor Luncheon, hosted by UTA Innovation and Commercialization, to recognize those at UTA with new patents.

Highlights:

• Learn where UTA innovators and inventors get their inspiration and how they navigate the world of innovation at a university.
• Meet students, faculty, and alumni who have started their own businesses based on the innovations they developed at UTA. Learn how they started and see where they are now.
• Hear from teams of faculty working together on interdisciplinary research projects. Learn how they developed their collaborations and how working with partners outside their fields has elevated their research.
• Interact with your fellow centers and institutes from across the university at the posters and exhibits.
• Learn about the expertise and resources within the Office of Research to conduct research and partner with industry.
• Learn about research going on across the university within all the colleges and centers.
