Registration is now open for the Department Executive Officers (DEO) Program. Please register by August 16, 2023. Participation in the program is by invitation only.
The Big Ten Academic Alliance DEO Program is a highly interactive leadership development experience where attendees engage in large group discussions and self reflection, networking with peers from across disciplines and institutions, and participate in intensive small group exercises to foster skills to manage the diverse and complex responsibilities of executive officers while exploring their own leadership practices.
Participant are required to attend three virtual meetings September through October and a three-day in-person event at the Big Ten Conference Center in Rosemont, IL on November 2-4, 2023.
The program will begin with lunch at 11:00am CT, and the welcome remarks will begin at 11:30am. Please ensure your travel arrangements allow for you to fully participate in the welcome session. If flying to the event, please have your flight arrive no later than 10:00am CT on November 2 and depart no earlier than 1:30pm CT on November 4.
