CANCELLATION POLICY:

All attendee cancellations must be received in writing (email: training@jailtraining.org) at least 60 business days prior to the start of the training for a full refund. Cancellations less than 30-59 days prior to start date will be subject to a $500 fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to training and for “No Shows.” Attendees wishing to transfer their registration to a future date less than 45 days prior to the start of training, will be charged a $300/person registration transfer fee.

ATTENDANCE & COMPLETION POLICY:

To ensure the highest standards of learning and professional development, ELITE Academy enforces a strict attendance policy for all enrolled participants.

Full Attendance Requirement

All attendees are required to attend every scheduled day and session of the program. This includes all lectures, workshops, group activities, and any other mandatory components specified in the course syllabus or schedule.

Certification of Completion

A Certificate of Completion or Graduation Status will only be awarded to participants who meet the following criteria:

• Attend 100% of the program days.
• Attend 100% of the scheduled sessions each day, unless otherwise excused in advance under exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency).

Tardiness and Early Departures

• Arriving late or leaving early may count as a partial absence.
• Multiple instances of tardiness or early departure may result in disqualification from receiving a certificate, at the discretion of the program coordinator.

No Make-Up Sessions

Due to the immersive and sequential nature of the curriculum, missing any portion of the program compromises the learning experience and will disqualify the participant from graduation and receiving a completion certificate graduation.

Exceptions

Requests for exceptions due to extenuating circumstances must be submitted in writing to the Program Director prior to the absence. Approval is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Acknowledgement of Policy

By registering in this program, attendees agree to comply with this "Attendance and Completion Policy". Non-compliance will result in non-issuance of a certificate of completion and/or exclusion from graduation ceremonies.
