forms. The forms are required to be uploaded at time of registration. Parent or guardian must also sign forms.

Download the files, fill them out and upload when prompted when you are registering.

Hosted by the MT Dept. of Transportation Aeronautics Division, the Aviation Career Exploration (ACE) Academy is an immersive aviation exploration experience. Located in Helena, MT, the Academy is designed to promote aviation and introduce high-school students to many career opportunities in aviation. It is open to students in 9th-12th grade. Students will have the opportunity to participate in the following and more!

• Discovery Flights
• Boeing manufacturing facility Tour
• Static aircraft displays
• Air Traffic Control tower cab tour
• Army National Guard Aviation Support Facility tour (Blackhawk and Chinook helicopters)
• Firefighting aircraft tour
• Multiple aviation business tours
• General Aviation Fly-in event
• Field trip to Missoula to tour the Neptune Aviation, smokejumper base, and Museum of Mountain Flying.
• Aircraft mechanic college tour
• Corporate and Medical aviation operators
• Aircraft maintenance shop tour
• Professional pilot schools and college tour
• Talk to professional pilots, mechanics, and engineers!

Tuition is $50, all inclusive, and non-refundable.

Tuition includes a discovery flight, meals, activities, transportation while attending the Academy, and lodging in a hotel.

(Hotel rooms are shared with same-gender, double occupancy).

 Drop off is at 06:00 a.m. June 20^th at the MDT Montana Aeronautics Division 2630 Airport Road, Helena MT 59620

Pick up is at 12:30 p.m. June 22^nd at the MDT Montana Aeronautics Division 2630 Airport Road, Helena MT 59620
