The afternoon break sponsorship cost includes your company name with the snack break as the sponsor. The afternoon break is tentatively scheduled from 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm daily. The afternoon break will consist of a snack like soft pretzels, cookies, brownies, or ice cream of your choice.

The purchase of this sponsorship includes four (4) floor cling stickers applied to the floor at Harrah's at any location: entrance to exhibit hall and lecture hall. Floor clings include your company logo, and are 3' x 3' square.

The purchase of this sponsorship includes your placement of 12 table tents on lunch tables in the Region Three exhibit hall. Exhibitor provides table tents and Region Three must approve the content on the table tent at least 10 days prior to the show start.

The Lunch & Learn sponsorship cost does not include the cost of the food during the meal, the lunch selections you make must be paid for in addition to this sponsorship.

The purchase of this sponsorship includes a sign at a cell phone charging station in the exhibit hall.

The purchase of this sponsorship includes one sign for bathroom doors or mirrors.

The purchase of this sponsorship includes a sign with your company logo on the landing of the stairs/escalators from the first floor to the second floor of Harrah's meeting space.

The purchase of this sponsorship includes you providing your company bags to the event registration desk at the 2025 Region Three meeting. You can place bags on bag holders you provide for distribution, or the bags will be laid on the counter for the attendees to take as they like.

This sponsorship fee allows your company to have a luxury coffee cart at your exhibit booth for four hours on Thursday, May 8, and Friday, May 9. The sponsorship fee does not cover the cost of coffee-related costs which are paid directly to Harrah's.

Purchase your booth for the 76th Annual Region Three meeting. Main booth prices are $1300, and premium booths are $2500. You may purchase more than one booth.
