I acknowledge that the Event may be broadcast in real-time to participants domestically and internationally.2. I acknowledge that UCAR may record the Event. I unconditionally consent and give permission to be interviewed, photographed, recorded and/or taped. I understand and agree that the text, photographs, recording and/or tapes containing my name, likeness and voice, including transcripts thereof, may be used in educational, promotional and other materials and that such materials may be distributed to the public and displayed publicly in different formats, including websites, on demand downloads, and other forms of transmission. I also understand that the permission granted herein is not limited in time and that I will not receive any compensation for granting this permission. I waive the right to inspect or approve any such use, either in advance or following distribution or display. I understand that UCAR is under no obligation to use my name, likeness or voice.3. If I have submitted video or any other materials for display or use during the Event, I affirm that I either hold the copyright to those materials or have the right to authorize use of those materials and all related materials. The materials that I submit do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. I hereby grant UCAR permission to reproduce or display any materials that I have submitted, in any format. UCAR may also permit its sponsors and collaborators to display and distribute my image and any materials that I have submitted for educational, promotional and informational purposes.4.
