Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Cyberspace Symposium 2020! The Rocky Mountain Chapter of AFCEA is honored to have you as our guest, and we hope you enjoy Colorado Springs and the entire Pikes Peak region.
Our Symposium provides a national forum for industry and government to work together to help solve the challenges of cybersecurity, community cyber readiness and national defense.
Our theme this year is: “The Future of Cyber – Cyber 2030." Industry, DoD and Academic experts will discuss the evolution, and our increasing dependency, on Cyber for our national security and wellbeing. They will also share how they and their organizations are playing a part in advancing national cyber progress in this area over the next 10 years, and offer their predictions on what the next decade will bring.
Our Exhibit Hall is full of industry, academia and non-profit organizations that will give you the opportunity to learn about cutting edge cyber technologies and the chance to share your own ideas.
Whether you are an individual attendee, a sponsor, an exhibitor, a speaker, or one of our many volunteers, we know you’ll find this year’s symposium a world-class event, hosted at a world-class venue, The Broadmoor Hotel. Also, just like in past years, we are providing free entrance to all three days of the Symposium for military and government attendees.
Our Cyberspace Symposium not only brings government and industry together to exchange ideas related to today's toughest cyber challenges, but it also makes a tremendous difference in our region in two ways:
• RMC - AFCEA invests in our country’s future by raising money for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education. The Cyberspace Symposium allows the chapter to consistently give out more than $200,000 in scholarships and grants to Colorado STEM students and teachers annually!
• RMC - AFCEA help the local AFA chapter raise money for wounded airmen, helping Colorado families cope with disabilities resulting from service to our nation.
The Rocky Mountain Cyberspace Symposium 2020 is poised to be another great event. I hope you will join us in making this yet another successful symposium!
