In Honor of Annica Goes

The Annica Goes Travel Fund was made possible through a generous donation by the American Brazilian Aesthetics Meeting (ABAM) honoring co-chair Joao Sampaio Goes' wife Annica, who passed away in 2014 after her brave battle with breast cancer. The generosity of funds donated will be used to help offset expenses for women traveling to Park City, Utah to attend Image Reborn Foundation weekend retreats.

*At this time, grants are only available for those attending a Park City retreat (SLC airport).*

What is a travel grant?

• A travel grant aims to help offset some of your costs of attending the retreat, however, it may not cover all expenses.
• Keep in mind, these grants are intended for those with financial need. Due to limited funds available, if you are able to cover your travel expenses without assistance, please allow someone who may not be able to attend without financial help to apply.
• Travel grants provide reimbursement only. 
• A reimbursement check will be issued to you at the retreat.

How do I apply?

1. Register for the retreat you wish to attend prior to submitting an application for the travel grant.
2. Complete the online application for the travel grant.

When will I find out if I am a recipient?

• Recipients of grants for those traveling between February - June of 2020 will be notified by December 13, 2019. Cutoff for application of these travel dates is November 29 or until all funds have been awarded, whichever comes first.
• Recipients of grants for those traveling between August- December of 2020 will be notified by June 12, 2020. Cutoff for application of these travel dates is May 29 or until all funds have been awarded, whichever comes first.
• Grants provide reimbursement only. Recipients are responsible for booking their own travel.
• A reimbursement check will be issued to you at the retreat.

What do I need to know about booking my flight?

Please plan your flight into Salt Lake City airport between 3-4 PM if possible. This is the time we coordinate a driver to pick you and any other out of town guests up from the airport. You will be returned to the SLC airport on Sunday at 1:00 PM. Please schedule your outgoing flights accordingly.
