IMA Mentor Training is for top-performing learners and high-achieving adults who wish to build excellent mentoring relationships and achieve success. Through hands-on exercises and dynamic discussions, participants will learn mentor theories, tools, and frameworks required to succeed with confidence as a mentor, mentee, and/or program director.
