The recent health crisis has brought to the surface the critical need for school counselors to continue to make meaningful and purposeful connections with students and embed data into their daily work. Just as our profession has evolved to meet the needs of our students, college and career readiness efforts must transform. Learn from practitioners and colleagues as you expand your ability to utilize data and meet the challenging facing the profession to support post-secondary transitions.

This year, we are proud to welcome Dr. Trish Hatch as our Keynote Speaker! Dr. Trish Hatch is the President and CEO of Hatching Results ®, LLC, an education consulting company to support school counselors, administrators, and school districts in the design, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of school counseling programs. She is the best-selling author helping to address critical needs in professional development and preparation of school counselors. Well regarded within the profession as an advocate and national leader, Dr. Hatch served as a consultant and advisor on school counseling and educational issues for the White House and the U.S. Department of Education. A former school counselor, site and central office administrator, state association president, and American School Counselor Association (ASCA) Vice President, Dr. Hatch has received multiple national awards, including ASCA’s Administrator of the Year award and its highest honor, the Mary Gehrke Lifetime Achievement award. She most recently received the National Association for College Admission Counseling’s (NACAC) Excellence in Education Award and the California Association of School Counselors’ School Counselor Educator of the Year award.

Audience: K-8 & High School Administrators, Counselors & Career Technicians | Post-Secondary Counselors, CTE Faculty, Instructors, Deans & Student Success Advisors | Industry Partners | Workforce Investment Boards
