Camp Widow® is a unique event created by Soaring Spirits International that provides both practical tools and relevant resources for widowed persons rebuilding their lives in the aftermath of the death of a spouse or partner. Built for those who are widowed, by those who are widowed, the Camp Widow event will offer understanding, community, and hope as you grieve.

The live version of this offering occurred from November 20 - 22, 2020 and blended the key elements of our in-person program into an innovative virtual offering that facilitated an opportunity to connect with other widowed people, explore issues relevant to the amount of time you've been widowed, discuss a variety of topics relating to your widowhood with others who get it, and access research informed tools and resources designed specifically to assist widowed people as they build a new life for themselves and their families.

Sessions during the live version were recorded and will offer many of the same benefits of having attended live - you'll have access to all of the recorded sessions for a full year to allow you to watch the sessions at your leisure. Recorded content will be available starting two weeks after the live event and accessible until December 31, 2022.

The most important thing that Camp Widow provides to the widowed people who attend is a community of others who are making their way through widowhood one day at a time. This community is important whether it be in-person or online, and we are hopeful that this virtual offering of the Camp Widow event will provide a wonderful opportunity for you to find understanding, validation, and community as you grieve.
