National Network for Youth (NN4Y) recognizes inquiries and awards sponsorships on a first-come basis.

• All sponsorship payments are due by February 26, 2021.
• A . EPS 300dpi resolution file of the company logo is required for all sponsors. Instructions will be provided.
• If a sponsorship includes a digital ad placement on the mobile app, ads must be received no later than March 1, 2021.
• If a sponsorship includes a video clip for the online event platform, video files must be received no later than March 1, 2021.
• NN4Y reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at the Summit or any NN4Y sponsored event without the expressed written permission of those depicted within the photograph or video. NN4Y may use the photograph or video content in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by NN4Y, including, but not limited to: websites, brochures, email marketing, books, newspapers, magazines, press releases, policy briefings, etc. To ensure event attendees and participants' privacy, including minor children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian. A person attending an NN4Y event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the event organizers by contacting NN4Y via email, writing of his/her intentions, and including a self-photograph. NN4Y will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. By participating in an NN4Y event or by failing to notify NN4Y, in writing, your desire not to have your photograph used by NN4Y, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify NN4Y from any claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. Any person or organization not affiliated with NN4Y may not use, copy, alter or modify NN4Y photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from NN4Y.
• Requests to cancel sponsorship must be made in writing. If written cancellation of a sponsor or exhibitor agreement is received by February 12, 2021, a full refund will be made. If written cancellation of a sponsor or exhibitor agreement is received after February 12, 2021, an 80% refund will be made. No refunds or cancellations are accepted after March 5, 2021.
