Learn to identify behaviors and warning signs, know the different types of toxic characteristics and how to manage toxic employees from an administrative and co-worker level.
This training session is approved for both NCCS and NCCE levels of NIJO Professional Certification and will be worth 3 credit hours. (For more information about getting certified, visit: www.jailtraining.org/certification.)
