In 2020, to quickly respond to the need for training across the country during the COVID-19 pandemic, NIJO created JAILCON 20/20 Special Edition -- a solution which allowed agencies and individuals across the country to receive their needed training at an affordable price without leaving their county. JAILCON 20/20 Special Edition offered a blend of live webinars and events combined with access to over 40 online training sessions available 24/7 from home or at work over a period of 4 weeks. 

During JAILCON 20/20 Special Edition, over 2,500 individuals from 170 agencies nationwide completed over 36,000 credit hours of training -- making it the largest national corrections conference in history and we believe this year's conferences will follow suit!

Due to the success of the online conference in 2020, we will be offering the option to participate in the online training conference once again. Since agencies obviously can't send all of their staff members to the LIVE conference, the online conference gives EVERYONE the opportunity to get the same valuable, legal-based training available as those who attend in Scottsdale or New Orleans. The online conference will even include live webinars and an online AWARD CEREMONY, which allows even more corrections professionals to be recognized for their dedication to this challenging profession.
