Communities, schools and organizations have become increasingly aware of the role that resilience plays in optimal health, workplace performance, satisfaction and well-being. This brief refresher will focus on the resilience tools that when practiced regularly, can provide relief for the stress that our front line educators are experiencing. They can also share these tools with their students as they return to school – or even remain virtual. “Immediately useful, concrete and powerful.” The Resources for Resilience team will be leading this session. If you have additional questions email April Spencer: aspencer@wresa.org
This one hour webinar is available free of charge thanks to the Dogwood Trust. Please register even if you cannot attend and a recording will be sent following the seminar.
