The JBI Evidence Implementation Training Program will empower you to identify an area clinical improvement and design a program to implement the best evidence to improve patient outcomes.

This program is designed for busy clinicians, managers, educators, and researchers who want to explore strategies to conduct Evidence Based Practice with a proven model.

The EIT is conducted as two weeklong training sessions, 6-months apart. Each session consists of five days of evidence-based training and workshops. After week one, participants will implement their projects with the support of the RFU / JBI Research Fellows at their sites during the six month period. Then return for week two of the training to finalize data analysis and writing for publication.

During the program participants are provided with proven approaches to implement evidence into practice at their own clinical settings by:

·    Learning the critical elements of evidence implementation

·    Developing clinical leadership skills to actively lead change

·    Develop analytical thinking and writing skills that can improve patient and system outcomes
