The coveted Don Quijote Awards have reached their 24th annual celebration and continue to grow in popularity and distinction within Central Florida’s business and professional community.


The awards were created in 1998 to recognize innovative entrepreneurs and professionals who exhibit the characteristics of Don Quijote de la Mancha: visionary, dreamer, and courageous individuals who are willing to take risks in order to achieve their dreams.


The award categories are:

  • Hispanic Business of the Year (Five Years or Less)
  • Hispanic Business of the Year (More than Five Years)
  • Professional of the Year
  • Excellence
  • Hispanic Community Champion
  • Lifetime Achievement


The gala (formal attire/black tie) takes place at the exclusive EPCOT World Showplace Pavilion and private transportation behind the scenes of the theme park is provided.


All funds raised for the event benefit Prospera and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando.
