This is an introductory class designed for a person new to the A/C industry. The topics covered in this class include an understanding of heat (sensible and latent), heat transfer, understanding the BTU, refrigeration cycle thru boiling and condensing, refrigerants and their purpose in a system, superheat and sub cooling, system components and the basic refrigeration A/C system and how it operates.
This class qualifies for Bryant distributor training hours. Students that provide their NATE ID are eligible for NATE continuing education credits hours. Students must attend the full session to receive credit.
Lunch is included.
Cost: $125
Registration closes one week prior to start date. If minimum number of students is not met, Behler-Young reserves the right to cancel the class. Students will be notified by the email entered at registration.
