About This Course:


The course begins by providing a basic understanding of how activity based Predetermined Motion Time Systems fit into the Engineered Labor Standards building life cycle. 


Next, the course provides you with an in-depth education to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to begin applying an activity-based Work Measurement technique to the processes and tasks within your work environment. 


The learning activities included in this course will give you the opportunity to practice utilizing MOST® to identify parameters and index values, write sequence models, and measure work processes and tasks.

Obtain an understanding of how MOST® fits into the Engineered Labor Standards building process

Understand the process utilized for measuring work within your company

Learn how to utilize the BasicMOST work measurement technique to measure work processes:

  • Controlled Move
  • Tool Use
  • Successfully complete a final exam that assesses your knowledge and your ability to apply the technique
