Woodbury Days is a 3-day outdoor community celebration packed full of great entertainment, delicious food and family fun! At our last event, nearly 230 businesses participated and over 30,000 people attended. Planning for 2022 is underway and we’d love for you and your business or organization to join us!
Taste of Woodbury Description: Our aim is to get as many different food styles as possible for our event. Here is what you get when you are a vendor in the Taste Tent. Each vendor will have up to two exclusive food items that no other vendor can sell. Returning vendors have first right to exclusive items until May 15th, thereafter items are first come first serve. Vendors can also provide other items as long as they are not another's exclusive item. A 10x10 space under the dining tent with and additional 20 feet out the back for prepping and cooking your food. You would need to provide your own covering for the additional space. Each booth has access to two 120 volt outlets, vendor to bring their own cords (75-100 ft. recommended). Additional outlets may be purchased and 220 volt outlets are available to rent. Vendor will have access to refrigerator and freezer trailers on site for the entire weekend and are locked overnight. Garbage removal is provided, but cooking oils would need to be disposed of by the vendors. Tables and chairs may also be rented or provide your own. Overnight security is provided for the venue from Thursday night through Sunday morning. Vendors are to be ready to serve from 4-10 pm Friday, 10 am - 10 pm Saturday and 11 am - 4 pm Sunday. Vendors may set up Thursday starting 10 am until Friday 3 pm. Take down may start at 4 pm Sunday. At this time we cannot have food trucks.
We do ask each vendor to offer a discount when customers show a Woodbury Days event button.
Please know you will need to provide Certificate of Liability Insurance and ST-19.
After your application is approved, you will need to obtain a Special Event Food Stand License.
