Get Your Future in Gear is designed for high school students and is hosted by industry partners, Minnesota State Colleges and Minnesota High Schools. Get Your Future in Gear offers students opportunities to learn about how vehicles work, build their confidence with technical skills, work in teams to develop life and employability skills, and gain exposure to industry. 

Campers get the opportunity to learn about careers in transportation areas ranging from Automotive Technology, Auto Body and Collision Repair, Medium and Heavy Truck Technology, Diesel and Heavy Equipment to Marine and Powersports by learning technical skills through hands-on activities throughout the week. Campers will experience the world of transportation with tours and hands on experiences at Minnesota State University, South Central College, Truck Center Companies, and Arnold’s of Mankato.

Get Your Future in Gear is a three day camp hosted by the South Central Service Cooperative. Camp starts at 9a and ends at 4p. Lunch and snacks are provided each day. Once you are registered, you will receive an email with additional information about Camp. The cost is $50. Scholarships are available! During registration, please indicate your need for a scholarship in the Comments.
