Join us in Wichita, Kansas for the 2022 COE Summer Conference. The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Wichita Hotel, 400 W. Waterman, Wichita, KS 67202.

Only institutions already accredited or in candidate status (and have completed the Candidate Academy) should attend the COE Summer Conference.

The COE Summer Conference will offer workshops required for institutions with an upcoming initial or reaffirmation accreditation visit, as well as training to serve on accreditation visiting teams as a member or leader, and other workshops on maintaining accreditation with COE.

2022 Summer Conference Agenda

The Summer Conference registration deadline is Friday, June 24, 2022. The registration fee must be paid by credit card only. The cost per registrant is $539 ($525 + $14 credit card processing fee).

There will be no on-site registration. Note: registration may close early if capacity is reached.

Hotel information can be found on the Accommodations tab. The hotel reservation deadline is Friday, June 24, 2022.

Note: The Council on Occupational Education is consistently monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, COE is following local state and county guidelines regarding Covid protocols. For this conference, proof of vaccination is not required, nor is a negative Covid test. Masks are on a voluntary basis, and we respect individual needs and perspectives. These requirements are subject to change at any time. Attendees will be notified directly if there are any changes implemented.

Requests for refunds must be emailed to Kay Smarr (kay.smarr@council.org) by July 5, 2022. Refunds requested after July 5, if approved, will be subject to a $50 retainer fee.
