Welcome to MSEP ENGAGE: Empowering New Growth and Gaining Employees, the powerful theme for the 2022 New Partner Induction

Ceremony, Annual Partner Meeting and Military Spouse Hiring Fair, scheduled for October 25-27, 2022, LIVE from the DoubleTree Hilton,

Washington, DC-Crystal City, in Arlington, VA.

The U.S. Department of Defense and Military Community Support Programs are excited to bring together MSEP employers,

installation service providers, government personnel, and military spouses for three days of celebration, networking, impactful discussions,

workshops and recruitment of military spouse talent!

Engagement is our focus and we have created a space for partners to network, learn and take away strategies to fulfill the

MSEP mission to increase military spouse employment!

Join us early on Day 1 and 2 when the “Partner Pavilion” opens at 8:00am.

The Partner Pavilion will feature the following:

• The opportunity to network with over 70 New MSEP inductees!

• Live speed networking events with prizes and fun!

• Visit and Learn Booths: Spouse Ambassador Network, DoD community support programs, Installation & Military Service Providers.

• The Partner Engagement Corner: Learn about innovative partner programs, post advice for new partners or take an official event photo!

We have an action packed three days of on-site networking, motivating speakers from across the nation, and for the first time we are adding an

optional Military Spouse Hiring Fair on Day 3 for partners to recruit spouses from the DC, Maryland and Virginia area.
