This is where you can quickly and easily access the information you’ll need as you prepare for a fantastic three days of showcasing your products and services in front of the 10,000-12,000 attendees who visit our show each year.

What will you find in our Exhibitor Portal?

• If your exhibit plans change, you can edit your answers to the form questions.
• You can view and print your registration account invoices/receipts right from your profile.
• You’ll find all show rules & guidelines, requirements & instructions for different types of exhibits, service request forms, etc., in the Exhibitor Resources tab.
• You can check out photos & videos from past shows in the Gallery tabs.
• Have questions? The answers may already be in the Show FAQ tab.
• If you want to see which other businesses will be featured in the show, they’re in the Exhibitors tab.

If you're ready to get started, here’s what you need to know before clicking the pink “Register” button:

• Will you be the one working the show? Do you need to be the one receiving show information emails? If so, then you’ll use the green “Myself” button on the next page and enter your name and email address.
• Is someone else working the show and do they need to receive the confirmation and show info emails directly? If so, then you’ll use the blue “Someone Else UNDER THEIR EMAIL” button on the next page and enter their name and email address.
• If someone else will be the person working the show but YOU need to receive the confirmation and other show info emails, then you’ll use the blue “Someone Else UNDER MY EMAIL” button on the next page and follow the prompts.
