If you have registered for the event and find you are no longer able to attend, refunds or credits will be issued as follows:
Cancellations may be made online by logging into the account you created when registering. Scroll to the bottom of the confirmation page and click the cancel button to begin the process. If you paid online via credit card, a refund will be issued to the card used for your initial payment. If you did not yet pay and you cancel after August 11, 2023, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance after any cancellation credits are made.
