Join us in San Antonio, Texas for the 2023 COE Summer Conference. The conference will be held at The Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio, 420 West Market St., San Antonio, TX 78205.
Only institutions already accredited or in candidate status (and have completed the Candidate Academy) should attend the COE Summer Conference.
The new President of COE, Dr. Kirk Nooks, will open the conference with a Welcome Message. There will also be a Meet & Greet with Dr. Nooks on Wednesday evening, July 12th.
The COE Summer Conference will offer workshops required for institutions with an upcoming initial or reaffirmation accreditation visit. Training to serve on accreditation visiting teams as a member or leader will be offered, along with other workshops on maintaining accreditation with COE.

The Summer Conference registration deadline was Tuesday, June 6, 2023. The registration fee must be paid by credit card only. The cost per registrant is $675 ($655+ $20 credit card processing fee).
There will be no on-site registration. Note: registration may close early if capacity is reached.
Hotel information can be found on the Accommodations tab. Summer Conference attendees will have a special rate of $199 per night. The hotel reservation deadline is also Tuesday, June 13, 2023.
Note: The Council on Occupational Education is consistently monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, COE is following local state and county guidelines regarding Covid protocols. For this conference, proof of vaccination is not required, nor is a negative Covid test. Masks are on a voluntary basis, and we respect individual needs and perspectives. These requirements are subject to change at any time. Attendees will be notified directly if there are any changes implemented.
