The Refresher/VBAC Class is intended for couples, when one or both parents-to-be have attended a previous class. Refresh your childbirth preparation skills with information on pregnancy discomforts, signs of labor and birth, comfort measures and positions, postpartum and infant care. Updates are discussed on topics like birth choices, medications, induction, and cesarean birth. We will tour The Birth Place.
