The workshop handouts are available for download on the "Handouts and Information" tab. The workshop handouts can also be downloaded from the "Agenda" tab. Click the "On Demand Resources" button for the workshop selected.

We will be adding additional handouts as they become available.

Join us in Atlanta, Georgia for the 2023 COE Annual Meeting, November 14-16. The conference will be held at the Hilton Atlanta. This will be the first Annual Meeting for our new President and CEO, Dr. Kirk Nooks. The Annual Meeting is an opportunity to meet Dr. Nooks and hear his message for the future of COE.

The meeting will include a variety of topics on current trends and best practices. Several new workshops have been added to the agenda. The 2023 Annual Meeting will also include "Affinity Group Meetings" for each peer group. These meetings will be a time for institutions from our peer groups to gather information, feedback and insight on various topics.

All workshops required for achieving and maintaining accreditation will be offered (The Self-Study and The Annual Report). In addition, workshops are scheduled for gaining and/or renewing certification to participate on accreditation visiting teams (team member and leader). General sessions will feature special guest speakers and the members’ Annual Business Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 16. 

A reception for Annual Meeting attendees will be held on Tuesday evening, November 14. There is an option to purchase an additional guest ticket to the reception for $35 for a guest not attending the Annual Meeting.

2023 Annual Meeting

The deadline for registration has been extended to Wednesday, October 18, 2023. The registration fee is $755. Payment is by credit card only. For guidance in completing the online registration, click the "Registration Guide" tab. There will be no on-site registration.

The deadline for making reservations at the Hilton Atlanta is Wednesday, October 18, 2023. NOTE: The Hilton Atlanta is near capacity. Below are other options within 1 mile of the Hilton Atlanta.
