This workshop applies to Non-Public and Registered Apprenticeship institutions.

Prepares participants to serve as team members for initial and reaffirmation visiting teams. It will focus on the development of the team and the activities prior to, during, and after the visit. In order to receive confirmation of attendance, participants must also attend Accreditation Team Leader/Member Part 2.

Provides up-to-date information on the language and processes in accreditation team reporting. Also addresses ways for team members to polish their skills to write better findings, suggestions, and commendations. In order to receive a confirmation of attendance, participants must have attended Team Leader Part 1A and 1B, and/or Team Member Part 1.

The reporting processes and approval procedures used for major substantive changes will be discussed.

This session specifically addresses the details of reporting completion, placement and licensure data. This area of the annual report generates the most questions and the most errors. Institutions with upcoming initial or reaffirmation visits must attend this workshop 6 to 18 months prior to the visit. This workshop does not apply to Federal or Job Corps institutions.
