ELITE Academy Cancellation Policy:
All attendee cancellations must be received in writing (email: training@jailtraining.org) at least 45 business days prior to the start of the training for a full refund. Cancellations less than 30-44 days prior to start date will be subject to a $300 fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to training and for “No Shows.” Attendees wishing to transfer their registration to a future date less than 45 days prior to the start of training, will be charged a $300/person registration transfer fee.
