Join us at Woodbury Days!

Woodbury Days is a 3-day outdoor community celebration packed full of great entertainment, delicious food and family fun! At our last event, approximately 200 businesses participated and over 25,000 people attended. Planning for 2024 is underway and we’d love for you and your business or organization to join us!

Taste of Woodbury Description: Our aim is to get as many different food styles as possible for our event. Vendor registration is $695 for a standard booth and is not due until your application is approved.

Here is what you get as a food vendor in the Taste Tent.

  • Each vendor will have up to two exclusive food items that no other vendor can sell in the food tent (Note: Our carnival is also selling food within their area). Returning vendors have first right to previous years' exclusive items until May 1st (application approved and registration paid), thereafter items are first come first serve (application approved and registration paid) . Vendors can also provide other items as long as they are not another's exclusive item. All vendors are allowed to sell bottled/canned water and pop (price to be $2 for all vendors). All other items are priced at your discretion.
  • A 10x10 space under the dining tent, with an additional 20 feet out the back for prepping and cooking your food. You would need to provide your own covering for the additional space. Each booth has access, within your space, to four 120 volt outlets. Vendors to bring their own extension cords. Additionally, 240 volt outlets are available to rent.
  • Vendors will have access to refrigerator and freezer trailers on site for the entire weekend and are locked overnight. You may also use additional smaller cold storage within your booth.
  • Garbage removal is provided, but cooking oils would need to be disposed of by the vendors.
  • Tables and chairs may also be rented or provide your own.
  • Overnight security is provided for the venue from Wednesday night through Sunday morning.
  • Vendor parking is also provided (3 passes per vendor with additional food delivery passes if needed). Otherwise patron parking is available.

Vendors are to be ready to serve from 4-10 pm Friday, 10 am - 10 pm Saturday and 11 am - 4 pm Sunday.

Vendors may set up Thursday starting 10 am until Friday 3 pm. Take down may start at 4 pm Sunday.

At this time we cannot have food trucks. If you have a food truck, equipment would need to be moved from your truck to the food tent.

We do ask each vendor to offer a discount when customers show a Woodbury Days event button.

Please know you will need to provide Certificate of Liability Insurance and ST-19.

After your application is approved, you will need to obtain a Special Event Food Stand License.
