Virtual Class Sessions will be held on:
(Day 1): Thursday, October 26, 2023 / 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (PT)
(Day 2): Friday, October 27, 2023 / 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (PT)
Participants will also complete two webinars independently, one prior to the virtual class sessions and one after. Each webinar will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
About Youth SAVE for Young Adults
Youth SAVE (Suicide Assessment in Various Environments) for Young Adults equips professionals with the tools to virtually assess for — and intervene with — young adults ages 18 - 26 who have thoughts of suicide.
This training will educate and challenge you to:
A Youth SAVE training session consists of 7 hours of synchronous learning (two 3.5-hour virtual sessions) and two 1-hour webinars of asynchronous learning, completed independently.
This training uses Zoom and we require participants to have their camera turned on for the entirety of the synchronous class sessions. If you cannot comply with this requirement on these training dates, you can join our mailing list by sending an email to youth.save@oraap.org.
