Be sure to use attendees' own email addresses so they will receive confirmation and be able to access and update their registration. If you are looking to purchase at least 3 Full Conference Passes and want your colleagues to register themselves without having to go through the payment process themselves, or you don't yet know who will attend but want to purchase the passes now to take advantage of our early discounted pricing, the Group Purchase Coupon option will come in handy. You buy Group Purchase Coupons that your attendees can redeem for Directions North America 2024 Full Conference Passes. You do not need to be an Attendee to purchase these Coupons. After you have received your Coupon Code (which will be emailed to you from the Event Team), you distribute to your colleagues. They will then go to the Directions North America 2024 attendee registration site, select Full Conference Pass, register, and enter the Coupon Code. They are now registered! Be sure to ask them to register as soon as possible so they will receive conference communications in a timely manner, and preferably no later than March 31, 2024 to ensure completion of the process and their names are on the conference registration list. Remember, every attendee must be registered to attend.

Cancellation Policy and Substitution Policy for Conference Passes apply to Group Purchase. If you need to cancel a Conference Pass registered using a Group Purchase Coupon, you will receive a refund of the registration fee minus $100 cancellation fee for each Coupon, as long as you cancel before the cancellation deadline.
