Feedback can be formal or informal information that is communicated to another person (or group of people), with a view that the information can be used to adjust and improve current or future actions. It is simply factual data that creates awareness of the impact of skills, behaviors, attitudes, and performance. It is an essential part of an effective learning and development process and can be an important catalyst for improvement.
This session will introduce you to the types of feedback and provide a feedback model that you can use to give and seek productive feedback. Participants will review the types of feedback and receive tips for giving feedback in the digital age and will receive a Giving Feedback Planner use in their own personal and professional environments.
