CSX General Information

Registration Deadline: Apr 5 @ 2355 hours

Activity Check-In: Apr 19 @ 1730 hours

Check-Out: Apr 21 @ 1230 hours

Please read all the information before registering!

In order to register, you will need your required forms, cover letter, and resume completed and ready to upload before starting the process. You will not be able to save your work and return to complete it; it must be completed and submitted when you register. You will be required to select your registration category (applicant, cadre, or senior staff) below.

Required Forms (ALL members):

• CAPF 60-81,
• CAPF 160(I),
• CAPF 161

Required Form (cadets under 18):

• CAPF 163 must also be uploaded

Resume and Cover Letter Instructions

Your resume and cover letter must be uploaded to the file section during your registration.

CSX REFUNDS: 

No refunds will be granted after the registration deadline (5 April 2024 @2355) unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated. All requests for refunds must be in writing (email preferred) to the CSX/Encampment Finance Officer, Major Paula Urbom-Shope (paula.urbom-shope@cawgcap.org). All refunds will be processed as soon as possible but no later than the four weeks following the end of CSX. All Refunds are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
