Quality & Risk Summit: Strategies for Resilience

Senior Living and Social/Human Service organizations are surviving in a post-COVID world, continuing to operate, grow and expand while navigating a new normal and preparing for a future of (continued) disruption (staffing challenges, regulatory changes, and the like).

Often, organization’s identify resiliency as “bouncing back” from a sentinel event or major industry issue after the fact, however, that is more a “recovery” vs. “resiliency” mindset. Resiliency is understanding your unique risks before they are realized and building plans to address them, regularly reviewing the plans (as risks have a habit of mutating) and identifying new or innovative ways to respond.

Previously known as the Defense Symposium, M3’s 11th Annual Quality & Risk Summit will focus on Strategies for Resilience and features three sessions; each offering tools, resources, insights, and recommendations for how to become (or remain) resilient in the long-term care industry, empowering providers with ways to identify and understand risks within their specific organizations and to develop or improve their strategy for how to address.

Speakers will address emerging risks, evolving industry trends, and opportunities to create resiliency through specific risk management strategies.
