2025 PMEA Annual In-Service Conference - For the Record

April 9-12 (exhibitor dates - April 9-11)


We look forward to welcoming you back to an in-person PMEA annual conference, to be held at a new location for PMEA - the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in the Poconos.


Tentative exhibitor hours are: 

  • Wednesday (4/9) - set up 2 p.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Thursday (4/10) - set-up available from 7-10 a.m. (all exhibits must be set-up by 10 a.m.) hall open 10:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Friday (4/11) - hall open 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., tear down until 9 p.m.
