Difficult Conversations: An Alternative Approach
This session is designed to transform the experience of engaging in difficult conversations in various scenarios. Participants will examine the habitual ways of thinking they bring to conversations and learn how to develop new perspectives and approaches capable of shifting the way these exchanges unfold. The skills of “disengaged” listening, being proactive, and seeking alternatives will be addressed.
