Mortgage Loan Origination Compliance

Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) are required by section 1026.36 of Regulation Z to have "periodic training covering Federal and State law requirements that apply to the individual loan originator's loan origination activities." This month's Compliance Essentials class is designed to meet this requirement.


Join our Director of Compliance Support, Heather Line, as she covers laws and regulations that MLOs need too know, including:

  • Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Reg B)
  • Fair Housing Act
  • Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (Reg C)
  • Regulation Z
  • SAFE Act
  • Flood Insurance
  • Customer/Member Identification Program
