Qualification period: December 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025
Registration for all attendees must be completed by February 28, 2025. REGISTRATON IS NOW CLOSED.
Qualifiers are able to bring their respective spouse to the event. (Only spouses and not associates and/or other family members are allowed as a plus one to the event, no exceptions). Registered spouses will have access to all Conference Sessions and Agenda Activities. While we love children and do understand that it is not easy to find alternate arrangements, we are requesting no children to participate in any part of the event.

Event Protocols
Our Infinite Company (OIC) Events is committed to the health and safety of all our attendees and Event staff and we are planning for a responsible and safe event. By attending the Event, you agree to abide by and follow the Event Protocols. If you cannot agree to the Event Protocols, you may not attend the Event. You are also agreeing to abide by all applicable local, and Venue health and safety requirements.
**Failure to follow the Event Protocols while at the venue may result in action with respect to your attendance at the Event, including removing you from the Event. Any expenses incurred as a result of your failure to follow these protocols are your responsibility.**
Attire & Weather
The weather in Dallas this weekend is expected to have warm temps during the day and chilly temps during the night. While the weather is pleasant, please remember to dress professionally for the conference. We want you to feel comfortable but still represent your best as Infinite Leaders.
Attire for all Meetings and Conference Sessions on March 8-9 is Professional or Business casual
Attire for the Qualifiers Dinner on March 8 is business casual (Must be a Qualifier to attend)
Hotel
Please keep in mind there are 2 areas of elevators: The glass City View elevators will take you to level 2, the parking garage, and City View. To access the guest rooms you will need to go to the hotel tower elevators. The hotel restaurant- Asador- is undergoing renovations, and its restaurant has been relocated to Stemmons Ballroom (2nd floor) with very limited seating. We recommend reserving by calling 214) 631-2222 and planning your meals ahead, especially for lunch break-out on 3/8. Food deliveries (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) are allowed but must be consumed in guest rooms or public spaces—not in the Cityview Room.
**Registration is based on an approval basis. After you qualify for the event, you will receive an official confirmation email of your approved registration.
**The Home Office may, if necessary, amend the rules governing qualification requirements for The Infinite Trainer Conference during the qualification period, including the event location. All Home Office decisions are final.
**Our Infinite Company Events reserves the right to deny registration if the registrant does not qualify or criteria are not met.
**Registrations of registrants who do not qualify or confirm their attendance will be denied/canceled.
**Attendees must be able to provide proof of an approved qualification email upon attendance.
