Attention parents, caregivers, and expectant parents! Join us for Infant Massage 101, a hands-on class designed to help parents and caregivers connect with their babies through the power of touch. Infant massage is a wonderful way to bond with your baby while promoting relaxation, better sleep, and overall well-being. Research shows that massage can help babies sleep longer and deeper, gain weight faster, and reduce stress.

The Infant Massage 101 class is held on the first floor of the hospital in Plaza 1. Since the front doors close at 5:00 PM, use one of these alternative entrances:
Enter through the side doors on the left side of Plaza 1 (look for the sign).
Go through the Emergency Room entrance and follow our Southwest Infant 101 Class signs.
