MEET THE PRESENTER
Dr. Ann Friedman, a psychologist, works with individuals, companies, nonprofits, hospitals and schools teaching mindfulness, communications skills, conflict resolution, and more. She received her training in psychology from U of H, UT Health Science Center and Baylor College of Medicine and her training in mindfulness, communications, and compassion from the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA, The Center for NVC, and Emory University’s Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion Based Ethics. Among her success stories are helping to move a hospital department from the bottom to the top of employee engagement and being hired by several corporate HR directors regularly over multiple years based on employee response to the trainings.
