Join the Aviation Organizations of Montana for the 41st Annual Montana Aviation Conference!


Montana’s premier aviation event features exhibitors, guest speakers, seminars, Inspection Authorization (IA) mechanic refresher, awards ceremonies, social events, static display, banquet meals, three keynote speakers, and networking opportunities with members of the aviation community.


The 2026 conference will be held in Billings Montana at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center (BHCC).

Registration opens October 1st, 2025 at 8:00 AM.

Prices increase after January 31st, 2026.

Hotel rooms are available at BHCC for the prevailing state rate. Contact the hotel directly to make your reservations.
