From Charleston/Spartanburg/Greenville: Follow I-26 to I-126 all the way to Columbia. Where I-126 ends, take the Huger Street exit (to the right). Go to third traffic light. Turn left onto Hampton Street (one-way) - Suggs and Kelly Law Firm on your left. Travel approximately one (1) block – cross over the bridge. The Harper Building is on the left, at the corner of Wayne and Hampton Streets. Parking is available on the right, across Hampton Street at Veterans Park. You may park along either side of Wayne Street beside the park, or in the parking lot for Veterans Park. Please do not use spaces reserved for Employment and Workforce Department clients. From Charlotte: From I-77 follow 277 into downtown Columbia (Bull Street). Continue on Bull to Taylor Street. Turn Right onto Taylor Street and travel approx. 6 blocks. Turn left onto Wayne Street. The Harper Building is on the right, at the corner of Wayne and Hampton Streets. Parking is available on the right, across Hampton Street at Veterans Park. You may park along either side of Wayne Street beside the park, or in the parking lot for Veterans Park. Please do not use spaces reserved for Employment and Workforce Department clients. From Florence: From I-20 take I-77. From I-77 follow 277 into downtown Columbia (Bull Street) Continue on Bull to Taylor Street. Turn Right onto Taylor Street and travel approx. 6 blocks.
