THIS EVENT IS 100% FREE!

The Generations at Work workshop explores the dynamics of five distinct generations currently sharing the workplace: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. Participants will gain insights into the unique values, communication styles, and expectations each generation brings, while learning strategies to bridge differences and foster collaboration. Through interactive discussions, the workshop highlights how generational diversity can be leveraged as a strength rather than a challenge. You will learn how to:

  • Understand generational profiles – Recognize the defining traits, motivations, and work styles of each generation.
  • Improve communication – Adapt language, tone, and channels to connect effectively across age groups.
  • Build collaboration – Identify common ground and shared goals to reduce friction and enhance teamwork.
  • Leverage strengths – Harness the unique contributions of each generation to drive innovation and productivity.
  • Create inclusive culture – Develop practices that respect differences while promoting unity and mutual respect

Register today and discover hoe to optimize generational differences.
